Storms Reveal Leaders

  1. PAUL EXPECTED WHAT GOD SAID (Acts 27:10)
  1. Paul expected what no one else did
  2. Paul had God vision
  1. PAUL REMEMBERED GOD'S PURPOSE (Acts 27:21-26)
  1. Paul believed God and remembered his purpose
  2. He appealed to Caesar so he could go to Rome
  1. PAUL STEPPED UP WHEN OTHERS STEPPED AWAY (Acts 27:33-38)
  1. Took courage and put his faith in God
  2. Assumed control and devised a plan
  1. PAUL DID NOT PANIC (Acts 27:39-44) (Acts 28:1-6)
  1. Panic kills

  2. Gathers firewood

  3. PAUL KNEW WHO HE WAS (Acts 28:7-11) (Acts 28:30-31)

  4. Neither a criminal or a god

  5. Uses the opportunity to minister

  6. Does not let others opinion make him forget God

What about you?

  1. Listen to God daily in fellowship and worship. God knows the plans of your enemy.
  2. Remember God made you a leader for a purpose.
  3. Step up, remain calm, give direction.
  4. Take advantage of new opportunities God creates for you.
