The King's Ride

The question is not, is Jesus King, the question is- are you in his Kingdom?

1. THE RIGHTFUL KING (Matthew 21:1-5)

   1. The King's Ride
      1. Solomon was David's first descendant to ride the mule (1 Kings 1:38)
      2. Jesus is David's last descendant to ride a colt to be declared king (Zechariah 9:9-10)
   2. The understanding
      1. The Kingdom is eternal
      2. A descendant of David will always be on the throne

2. THE VICTORIOUS KING (Matthew 21:6-11)

   1. The donkey prepared
   2. The people prepared
   3. The people declared Jesus King
   4. They uderstood the significance

3. THE COMPASSIONATE KING (Matthew 21:12-14)

1. Jesus went to the temple and cleaned it out
2. The House of God is to be a House of Prayer
3. Sick are healed

What about you?

1. Acknowledge and worship Jesus as the promised King and Messiah.
2. Intentionally worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth.
3. Make your house (your home and your body) a house of prayer.
