What is your Born Identity?

  1. Your Identity is either attached to the first Adam or the last Adam

Romans 5:12 (NKJV), Romans 5:15 (NKJV), 1 Corinthians 15:45 (NKJV)

  1. When a person says yes to Jesus, they move from death to Life

    a. Your victory is not in the first Adam

  2. Your born identity gives you sight into the Kingdom of God John 3:3 (NKJV)

Your identity is the root of your beliefs

  1. You don’t have to do something to become something

    a. you are a human being not a human doing

    b. everything you do should come out of who you are

  2. The identity that came with your decision to accept Jesus, came with Abundant Life

2 Corinthians 5:14-17 (NKJV)

a. Jesus died for you, so that you could rise with Him

b. Your identity is attached to Jesus Christ, The Last Adam

  1. We need Revelation Knowledge to receive kingdom instructions

Matthew 16:13-19 (NKJV)

a. Revelation will position you to receive keys

b. Those keys will allow you to make transactions between Heaven and Earth

We are Tri-part beings

  1. Spirit, Soul, and Body

    a. We are spirit beings, we have souls, and we live in a physical body

1 Thessalonians 5:23 (NKJV), 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)

  1. You are a new creation

  2. When you accepted Jesus your soul wasn’t saved!

    a. Your soul houses your mind, will, emotions, intellect, and your imagination.

  3. The “all things becoming new” didn’t happen in your body or in your soul, but in your born-again spirit

    a. Your spirit totally changed at salvation!

    b. Your spirit underwent an instant and complete transformation.

Application: How do I walk in my Born Identity?

  1. Embrace the truth

    a. At this very moment, your born-again spirit is as perfect and complete as it’ll ever be

    b. Your spirit is right now as perfect, mature and complete as Jesus Himself! That’s why you are expected to do greater works

  1. Deny Deception

  2. Allow the Word to shape your Soul

    a. Your soul can only be transformed to the degree that you: renew your mind, and conform your values to the Word of God.

  1. Commit to living your life from God, not for God

a. Don’t live less than God’s best
