Father God loves you so much He sent His only son to give you an open door to Freedom. Jesus died for you, rose from the grave, and has invited you to live a resurrected life. Romans 6:1-4 (NKJV) True Freedom is allowing the glory of the Father to impact our walk. True Freedom is walking in the newness of life. True Freedom is being free from oppression. Acts 10:38 (NASB 95’) Oppression is defined: a prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control. Oppression is defined: Mental pressure or distress. You don’t have to accept cruel unjust treatment or control of the devil any longer. What does it take to walk in True Freedom? It takes honesty. There comes a time in every life when quit looks good. There are times when the giants look unbeatable, and the mountains seem unmovable. These are the times we must apply the Word of God If your Word Life is low the giants look bigger If your Word Life is strong, it causes you to Galatians 6:9-10 (NKJV) The only thing that can take your victory is you losing heart. Your due season is in front of you, quit living life looking in the rearview mirror. Walking in Freedom requires Persistence. Proverbs 24:16 (NKJV) Be righteous, Get up! Walking in Freedom requires Faith. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1John 5:4) Chose to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corin Walking in Freedom requires Trust. Trust in the power of God Freedom is not in your ability, or your strength. Your hope is never wasted on Jesus. Application: How do we walk in True Freedom? Stop looking at the mistakes of yesterday.
