Revelation 12: 1-4 “The dragon stood on the shore of the sea, and I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion… The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?” 1. Charismatic ‘Antichrist’ can mean the opposite of Christ. This is the definition that we assume and run with most often. ‘Antichrist’ can mean opposite of Christ, but it can also mean INSTEAD of Christ. The devil wants the world worshipping the Antichrist INSTEAD of Jesus Christ. 2. Counterfeit The devil is not an innovator, he's just a poor imitator. Revelation 13:11-18 The Bible says that there have been many antichrists and the spirit of antichrist amongst humanity for a long time. 3. Controlling The Bible calls it the sin that so easily entangles. Jesus says, put me first; seek first the Kingdom of God and everything else will fall into place. The Antichrist will not only unite everyone under a one-world government and economy, he will control the whole world and economy. 4. Completely Evil The Great Tribulation Things will get so terrible, so evil, so destructive. The Good News 5. Conquered WE ALREADY KNOW WHO WINS! Are you ready? Before the Antichrist, Jesus Christ comes. So, don't look too hard for Antichrist, focus wholly on Jesus Christ.
