Question 1: When will this happen? When will the destruction of the temple, where no stone is left on another happen?

Matthew 24:34

  1. Fulfillment – This approach to Matthew 24 advocates that the substance of all the events described here were fulfilled by AD 70, during the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple.
  1. Fulfillment – According to this interpretation, in Matthew 24 and 25, Jesus is referring to events that will come in the far distant future, the end times. And to a future, seven-year tribulation period and the second coming of Christ at the end of the tribulation.
  1. and fulfillment: This the view that prophecy can have both a near fulfillment, a fulfillment that happens within the timeline of the people to whom it was spoken. But the same prophecy can also have a far fulfillment, where God also shows the prophet something that happens in the distant future.
