All About Image

Being Human, Being Me

Genesis 1.26,27

What does it mean to be human?

It Ain’t Easy Being Human

Moral relativism is a philosophy that asserts there is no global, absolute moral law that applies to all people, for all time, and in all places.

Believers trying to understand our faith. People seeking to follow Jesus or at least understand what Jesus expects. Parents trying to help their kids understand what it means to be human.
**God Has Spoken**

To be human is to reflect the image of God and to be a moral being.

Humans are defined by sexuality and by the fact that we bear the image of God. We are unique within creation.

There’s Something About Me

Our feelings and beliefs don’t determine truth. God determines truth.

Moral Relativism and the Image of God are mutually exclusive ways of looking at being human. One denies truth.

Humans, like all of creation, belong to God. But we belong in a unique way. We bear His image. We are accountable for that image.

The unborn have the right to live because, at the very least, they bear the image of God. They are valuable.

You’re valuable because God created you valuable, with His image, either male or female.

Our sinfulness never changes God’s truth. Truth is not relative.

There’s something about you that makes you valuable to God. You’re human.
