All of us, because of our sin, are in rebellion against and are separated from God. All of us need someone to deliver us from our sin and bring us to God. The birth of Jesus is God’s saving work and revelation made known in historical events. The supernatural does not contradict the historical. Neither Mary nor Joseph deserved to be the parents of Jesus. But God chose them because He knew they would be the right parents. Christmas is the revelation that God did something He never did before; He became one of us to live with us. **The Why Of Christmas** There came a point in time where God became involved with us. There must come a point in your life where you become involved with God.
