Sunday, February 5, 2023 BIG IDEA: The Lesson Of Israel Is Taught Through Difficult Questions Romans 9:6-29 Difficult Questions: Has God ? (vs.6-13) !! God does things the way He sees best. Not the way see best. (Ecclesiastes 11:5; Isaiah 55:8-9) Only God can see the from the Only God knows all the Only God knows the He’s taking things Is God ? (vs.14-18) !! Who are we to judge God? We are God (we are finite and limited) God God (He is infinite and unlimited) God man nothing We have no to question what He does (Examples: Pharoah, Job) *God’s Character! – Ezekiel 18:23; 2 Peter 3:9 What Is My ? (vs.19-29) to God’s 1 Peter 5:6 and God wholeheartedly Matthew 22:37-40 God for His & Romans 3:23; 5:8; 6:23 Conclusion: To most people, “fairness” is everyone receiving exactly what they deserve. If God were completely “fair,” by this definition, we would all spend eternity in hell paying for our sin, which is exactly what we deserve. But God is merciful and good, so He sent Jesus Christ to die on the cross in our place, taking the punishment that we deserve. “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…” Acts 16:31
