Galatians 3:28 (NLT) 28There is no longer Jew or Gentile, slave or free, male and female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus. Are good news? 14“You are the light of the world…16In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father. the good news. Philippians 2:1–8, 12-15 (NLT) 1Is there any encouragement from belonging to Christ? Any comfort from his love? Any fellowship together in the Spirit? Are your hearts tender and compassionate? 2Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose. 3Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Have you been tempted to give up on faith because of an encounter with a “person of faith”? 2. (Read Philippians 2:1–8) Have you ever met a Christian whose approach to relationships reflects Paul’s instructions in these verses? 3. Is anyone gathering with you for Christmas who needs to see and experience the good news through you? Is there one unexpected thing you could do for that person that would cause your light to shine a little brighter than expected?
