Following Giftedness

Pit Stops in Life

“His feet were hurt with fetters his neck was put in a collar of iron; until what he had said came to pass, the word of the Lord him.” (Psalm 105:18-19)

“It is doubtful whether God can bless a man greatly until He has him deeply.” (A. W. Tozer)

Two things everyone must do: and your gift – it does one no good to your gift if you don’t it and it does one no good to your gift if you don’t it.

  1. His Gift
    Two guidelines for prophets:

    1. They must not follow other (Deuteronomy 13:1-4)
    2. What they prophesy must be accurate (Deuteronomy 18:21-22)
      1. Joseph would have been years old at the first set of dreams
      2. Joseph would have been about years old at the second set of dreams
      3. Joseph would have been about years old at the third set of dreams
Another years would pass before the first and third set of dreams would be fulfilled.
  2. His Gift

    1. He humbly gave the to God (Genesis 40:8; 41:16, 25, 28, 32)
    2. Others give of his gift (Genesis 41:12-13, 38; Acts 7:10)

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever , as one who oracles of God, whoever , as one who by the strength that God supplies – in order that in everything God may be through Jesus Christ. To him be and forever and ever. Amen. (I Peter 4:10-11)

“For the and the calling of God are irrevocable.” (Romans 11:29)

“Only one life will soon be ; only what is done for Christ will .” (C. T. Studd)
