From Possible To Done There are endless possibilities available to us in our lifetime. Anyone can learn another language or even multiple languages. It’s possible to learn to play instruments, earn multiple degrees, develop numerous skills, see the world, acquire wealth, and have a positive impact on others. While being convinced of this helps acquire these things, it is just a small part. Until actions accompany belief, they will remain in the long list of unrealized possibilities. The doorway action that leads to all the essential ones to follow is the spoken word, the talk that establishes vision and commitment to the thing that additional actions will acquire. The investment of time, resources, and energy will necessitate a continual flow of words that affirm belief in the reward. What was once only possible will be transformed into a tangible benefit, where words of belief pave the way for bold actions. With God, all things are possible. This is an all-inclusive truth that challenges developed notions about many things. There is freedom from demonic dominance, mountains of insurmountable opposition, towering giants, the oppression of lack, and deadly infirmity in the power of Jesus’ resurrection life. That they are now possible, however, doesn’t mean they are experienced. Everything that becomes possible with God still requires faith’s actions to be accessed and applied. When words of authority begin to flow from a heart that believes, though, the same spirit of faith that raised Christ from the grave is activated with overpowering force. That circumstance that was once impossible to resolve not only becomes possible, but it is received, realized, and enjoyed. Everything required to live in the God-possibility is put into motion in response to faith’s words of life. This is meant to be the way of life for the true believer. Rather than living as a victim to the world’s declarations of condemnation, there is identification with the blessings of God’s promises as His faith is ours in action. Notes The possibility in Jesus required release by words of authority/faith. Mark 9:23,25 (NLT) 23 “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” 25 When Jesus saw that the crowd of onlookers was growing, he rebuked the evil spirit. “Listen, you spirit that makes this boy unable to hear and speak,” he said. “I command you to come out of this child and never enter him again!” The only impossibility – pleasing God with motionless belief. Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV) 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Effective believing is coupled with speaking. 2 Corinthians 4:13 (GW) 13 The following is written, “I believed; therefore, I spoke.” We have that same spirit of faith. We also believe; therefore, we also speak. The tongue is activating what is believed – either for death or life. Proverbs 18:21 (NLT) 21 The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences. The proof of faith’s life – good works/words. James 2:26 (NLT) 26 Just as the body is dead without breath, so also faith is dead without good works. Mountain-moving words produced fulfilled possibilities. Mark 11:22-24 (TPT) 22 Jesus replied, “Let the faith of God be in you! 23 Listen to the truth I speak to you: If someone says to this mountain with great faith and having no doubt, ‘Mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the midst of the sea,’ and believes that what he says will happen, it will be done. 24 This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours. When believing comes by hearing, words produce power in faith. Mark 6:56 (NLT) 56 Wherever he went—in villages, cities, or the countryside—they brought the sick out to the marketplaces. They begged him to let the sick touch at least the fringe of his robe, and all who touched him were healed. Mark 5:27-29 (NLT) 27 She had heard about Jesus, so she came up behind him through the crowd and touched his robe. 28 For she thought to herself, “If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.” 29 Immediately the bleeding stopped, and she could feel in her body that she had been healed of her terrible condition. Mark 5:28 (NKJV) 28 For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Mark 5:34 (NKJV) 34 And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.” Salvation’s possibility becomes reality by word-activating action. Romans 10:8-10 (MKJV) 8 But what does it say? “The Word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart”; that is, the Word of Faith which we proclaim; 9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation. Overview: For something to be possible doesn’t mean that it will be done. Belief in a possibility first requires words for the power of faith’s activation. Words make way for whatever faith action leads to salvation. Words lead to reception, but also release authority over entities and circumstances. (mountains/trees) For any needed salvation, words that follow awareness of possibility activate its reality with faith’s power in action. Prayer: Father, You are Almighty, All Powerful, more than able to do way more than I can think or imagine. I humble myself now before Your mighty hand with a passion to be lifted in faith to move in the actions that will activate all that is possible in my life for Your glory. Declarations: I have been united with the God of Creation who can do all things and transforms impossibilities into possibilities. All things are possible for me by believing in the Truth that I hear from His Word and of His fame. Those possibilities are a result of my experience as I activate faith’s power through my words and corresponding actions. I am not just a hearer, but by responding to His lordship in my life, I am living and walking by faith, blessed and provided for in everything.
