REFLECTION: Psalm 103:7-8 SUMMARY: Moses had already seen so much...yet he longed for more. Aware of his own limitations, he still desired more of God's glory. We will display what we desire...what exactly are desiring?what are we displaying? Moses asks God to show him His glory! Exodus 33:18-23 Moses delighted in God because he desired God! God's Response: You can see my goodness I will proclaim my name You will experience my grace and mercy 1. MOSES SAW THE LORD'S ! Exodus 33:18-23 2. MOSES HEARD THE LORD'S ! Exodus 34:1-9 concerning the Law concerning His Name (attributes) See Exodus 34:6-7 This is our God! This compassionate, gracious, slow to anger, abounding in faithful love and loyalty, forgiving, just LORD and KING! 3. MOSES RECEIVED THE LORD'S GRACE AND MERCY! Exodus 34:8-35:3) What Moses delighted in, He desired. What Moses desired, He delighted in. He wound up displaying both for all to see! See Genesis 3:6-7 It is God's will for us to: DELIGHT IN GOD DESIRE GOD DISPLAY CHRIST TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE NATIONS. Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart."
