Serve In God’s Kingdom

1 Peter 4:10–11 (NASB95) 10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Since God has gifted every Christian for service in His Kingdom we must use our gifts for His purpose. Our text gives five truths about our God-giftedness.

Call To Action

1. If you are not serving you need to start serving in the church.

2. If you are serving seek you need to expand your service in the church.

3. You need to strive to rise to the highest level of your giftedness.
