Sermon Outline:

Today’s prophet is . What have you learned about him?

In Micah’s vision, people from every nation will stream to the mountain of God.

When There, They Will Learn from God. “He will us his ways,so that we may walk in his paths.” -Micah 4:2

God Will Judge the Disputes of the Nations.  “God will judge between many peoples and will disputes for strong nations far and wide.” -Micah 4:3a

The Result will be an Ending of War and Violence. “The nations will beat their into plowshares and their into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.” -Micah 4:3b

What groups of people are specifically mentioned in Micah’s vision? 

  1. The lame

  2. The grieving

  3. Those driven away by the powerful
