Hymn - “My Hope is Built”

Prayer of Confession

We come before You, God, confessing that we have not forgiven others for the same mistakes we continue to make. We have not shown mercy when we have been shown mercy. We have judged others while asking to not be judged. For- give us for not sharing grace and mercy. Forgive us for demanding so much of others while seeking forgiveness for ourselves. Help us to see our kindred in Christ, the way You see us and to treat our kindred the way you treat us. Amen.

Doxology

Prayer of Thanksgiving and the Lord's Prayer

Affirmation of Faith

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the holy catholic church, the commun- ion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life ever- lasting. Amen.

Hymn - “As the Deer”
