We really like things the way they are, particularly when it comes to growing older. We buy the latest creams and potions, try the latest diets, and wear the newest clothes, all in an effort to preserve our youth and vitality. We forget that with age comes knowledge and growth, and with that a transformation of our lives into the very people that You have imagined us to be. We pray for the wisdom to embrace these changes so that You may continue to work within us as we live into this abundance, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen. He descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
