Call to Worship

  • Leader: Come, people of God, from wherever you are!
  • People: We come seeking the breath of God's Spirit.
  • Leader: God speaks to dry bones and forgotten places.
  • People: God's Spirit still brings life where hope has faded.
  • Leader: The same breath that created the world renews the Church today.
  • People: We gather to worship the God who restores, revives, and renews.

Hymn - “Revive us Again” - 3 Verses

Prayer of Confession
Sovereign God, you have called us to live as people who are truly free, yet we confess that we often return to the things that bind us. We allow fear, pride, selfishness, and anxiety to shape our lives. We celebrate earthly freedoms while forgetting that our deepest freedom comes through Christ. Forgive us for the times we have used our freedom for ourselves, turning our backs on others in need. Help us to be faithful citizens of Your kingdom and let our lives reflect Your grace and Your love, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Doxology

Affirmation of Faith - From Unity’s CPJ Team:
We believe that we are followers of Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and entrusted by God, our Creator, to seek justice, speak up for the widow, the orphan, the immigrant, and the poor. We believe that we are guided by Jesus to love our neighbor as ourselves, to feed the hungry, refresh the thirsty, clothe the naked, tend the sick, and visit the imprisoned. As followers of God, we celebrate the diversity of God’s people and seek to build bridges of understanding and equality, trusting that God is still renewing the world through acts of mercy, courage, and love.
