We all have to be determined to build on what our parents did great and improve on what they didn't do great. Christianity is distinct from other religions primarily due to its focus on Jesus Christ as the central figure of faith. Unlike other belief systems, Christianity is the only religion that emphasizes a personal relationship with God through Jesus, who is seen not just as a prophet but as the divine Son of God who offers salvation to humanity. Jesus came to earth in a family! He chose a relational existence! 1. Jesus is a God, he invested his life in relationships. I believe God wants you and I to have an inner circle of friends. You’re close friends get to see the real you! You’re close friends are the ones that you can trust in tough situations! Your close friends will be the ones who stand with you in your toughest times! Jesus chose to do life with broken people! John 3:16 [NKJV] Who you connect with determines the destiny of your life. Most of the trouble in our lives is because of a relationship we should have avoided. Some of the greatest joys and blessings of our lives happen because of ! 2. Healthy relationships must be centered around Christ! When we are not in right relationship with God, Holy Spirit and right friends our capacity is diminished! LIFE IS SHORT, ETERNITY IS REAL, PEOPLE MATTER MOST! God has designed us to be in right relationship with Him and with others.
