1 Timothy 4:12
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

Proverbs 22:1
A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.

(1) Influence Through Example – Lead by Living Out Your Beliefs

Speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity

Our speech reveals who we are

Our conduct must match our beliefs

Our love is one of the clearest expressions of faith

Our faith is visible in how we trust God when life becomes difficult

Purity is about integrity

(2) Positive Impact on Others – Words and Deeds Shape Culture

Proverbs 18:21
The tongue has the power of life and death.

Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs...

What kind of culture are we creating as a church?

Choose patience over frustration, grace over criticism, and generosity over self-interest.

(3) Mentorship and Legacy – Invest in the Next Generation

It is about what we pass on—the faith we demonstrate, the wisdom we share, the opportunities we create, and the people whose lives are shaped because we took time to invest in them.

The goal of influence isn't simply to have people follow us. It's to help people become who God created them to be.

A healthy church doesn't simply create programs for the next generation; it creates relationships with them

What will you leave behind?

(1) Who is watching my life? Is my example helping others understand what it means to follow Jesus?

(2) What am I contributing to the environments around me?

(3) Who am I intentionally investing in?

The greatest legacy we can leave is that people were changed because they encountered the love of Jesus through us.
