IS THE POTTER, NOT . He said, “Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?” declares the Lord. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel. Jeremiah 18:6 Will I trust God as the potter? Will I submit to God’s ways? "If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace…” - Jesus SYMBOL OF THE WATER - WATER IS USED TO SHAPE THE CLAY. IT ALSO REMINDS US OF THE TEARS OF JESUS AS HE WEPT OVER JERUSALEM. DIP YOUR FINGER IN THE WATER AND WIPE IT YOU’RE YOUR CHEEK. TAKE A MOMENT AND INVITE THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO SEARCH YOUR HEART AND TO REVEAL ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE THAT IS NOT RIGHT WITH HIM. REPENT OF THOSE THINGS AND ASK GOD TO HELP YOU OVERCOME, TO ALWAYS BE FAITHFUL TO HIM. INVITE GOD TO BE THE POTTER OF YOUR LIFE. AS YOU DO, CONSIDER HOW GOD LONGS TO SHAPE YOUR LIFE INTO SOMETHING THAT BEAUTIFULLY REFLECTS HIS IMAGE (CHRISTLIKENESS) AND IS USEFUL FOR HIS PURPOSES.
