An Rooted in God’s Love “For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all…” (2 Corinthians 5:14) When we are Sent and Empowered… Ex. Jesus sends out the seventy-two (Luke 10) When the disciples return to Jesus, they are full of joy because they discovered something extraordinary: “The seventy-two returned with joy and said, ‘Lord, even the demons submit to us in Your name!’” (Luke 10:17) “Do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:20) Lord, how would you have me fulfill your calling in my life? In what areas of your life is God calling you to step into obedience, even if it feels ordinary, inconvenient, or unexpected—like stepping into the waters with Jesus?
