The Qualifications for Ministry:

1. A to God’s Will “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” (Matthew 3:15)

When we are Sent and Empowered…

Ex. Jesus sends out the seventy-two (Luke 10) When the disciples return to Jesus, they are full of joy because they discovered something extraordinary:

“The seventy-two returned with joy and said, ‘Lord, even the demons submit to us in Your name!’” (Luke 10:17)

“Do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:20)

Lord, how would you have me fulfill your calling in my life?

  1. In what areas of your life is God calling you to step into obedience, even if it feels ordinary, inconvenient, or unexpected—like stepping into the waters with Jesus?
  1. How have you experienced the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit in your life or ministry, and how might God be inviting you to rely more fully on His power rather than your own strength
  1. Considering that God calls and sends us from a place of love and approval, what is one way you can step forward this week in fulfilling the calling He has placed on your life?

Journal a prayer.
