We must remember that when the enemy tries to throw his weight around by bringing fear, doubt, and hopelessness that we have the Great I AM living inside of us, and we have the Holy Spirit by our side willing to help us in times of need. Faith is being reliant upon God and trusting His word and His ways. We must get back to that place where we trust Him, and say if He says it in His word, then I believe it and that settles it. Proverbs 3:5-6 NASB When we acknowledge Him, recognize Him, understand Him, and know Him it says that He will direct our paths or make our paths straight. It also means to make our paths smooth. When we do things ourselves, we become drained causing our cup to be half empty instead of full. lifes is a life that is overflowing the banks where we can’t contain it all so it will pour over. Jesus came to flood our lives with examples of kingdom living, and the rewards benefits, and overflowing glory, anointing, and provision that only the Kingdom can bring. John 10:10 NASB When times are good it is easy to acknowledge God and give Him the glory, but when times get tough, we begin to question God and begin to get impatient and do things ourselves. If we remind God of His word that means we must get into the word of God to know and understand what He is saying. That means when we study, or find scriptures, and we are also learning and seeing the heart of the Father at the same time. It is called intimacy. Psalm 23:5 NASB God will make an example of you before your enemies. He sits you at the table and makes your cup run over with abundance, and He anoints your head in front of them. He is showing you that you are chosen by God and there is nothing our enemies can say or do that can replace the calling upon your lives. (Let that part sink in) You are chosen, called, and anointed Romans 15:13 AMP God never meant for our glass to be half empty but to be overflowing with His goodness, but it takes us to allow Him to fill it.
