Freedom Time Promo Video with Rhonda Dickens Link to free Freedom Time eBook HOW DO WE REWRITE OUR STORY? Understand God’s ORIGINAL intent and purposes for our life! See ourselves the way GOD sees us. Renew our mind/change the way we think to align with TRUTH. The Word of God. The Father’s heart towards us. God's pre-ordained plan: You are a seed in the heart of God. Ephesians 1:3-4, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:” (KJV) Ephesians 1:4, “And in love he chose us before he laid the foundation of the universe! Because of his great love, he ordained us, so that we would be seen as holy in his eyes with an unstained innocence.” (TPT) You were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Ephesians 1:13, “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,” Paul prayed for revelation (uncovering) for your eyes to see. Ephesians 1:17-18, “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,” That you would understand your identity (who I am in Christ) and your destiny (what God has called you to do). The enemy's plan: John 10:10, “The thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy…” Shame: to destroy/pervert your very identity and destiny. Erects a veil Screams lies When we believe the lies we… Walk in them. Make decisions by them. Destroy the ability to see ourselves, others, or God correctly. The lie “feels” more real than truth. It releases the LIE to be manifested in our lives. Definition of Shame: It is a sense of being uniquely and hopelessly flawed. It leaves a person felling different and less valuable than other human beings. (Source: Chester and Betsy Kylstra) My Story: Shame as a False Identity: This goes farther than a “lie” to become what we believe is our very identity. It blinds us: distorts the way we see ourselves. It binds us: hinders what we do. It is an agreement with the enemy: the “accuser of the brethren” (Revelation 12:10) This shame brings dishonor, regret, disgrace, embarrassment, and is always accompanied by emotional pain. This shame cannot be FORGIVE, it must be HEALED! When the Power of Shame is Broken: You’ll see a “whole” person come forth. You’ll begin to KNOW who you are IN HIM (your identity!) You’ll be released to your destiny, purpose, and your innate contribution. The walls/veils will come down that have hindered your relationship with God and others. You’ll be released from a “victim” mentality to a victor’s mentality. The revelation of our Father’s PERFECT LOVE is our WEAPON to overcome and the foundation for our healing! 1 John 4:18, “Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love." (NLT) Song of Solomon 1:2, “Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth.” Kiss means to be, “equipped with weaponry.” God’s promise: God’s part: Isaiah 61:7-9, “Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs. ‘For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity. In my faithfulness I will reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them. Their descendants will be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the LORD has blessed.'"(NIV) He will give us the double portion, double inheritance. He will give us everlasting joy. He makes an everlasting covenant with us. Your descendants will be known among the nations. Blessed is an empowerment to succeed. We must recognize that healing and deliverance is a process. Exodus 23:29-30, “I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee. By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.” As we increase, we can take more land, so that we can increase more to take more land, etc. We must recognize that every victory is a milestone, a memorial.
