Does Jesus' grace convince me?

Convinced

What did Jesus do or say that showed His grace?

1. NEITHER DO I CONDEMN YOU.

John 8:7–11 “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” Then he stooped down again and wrote in the dust. When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?” “No, Lord,” she said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”

  • The only one with the right to condemn her didn’t.

2. TODAY YOU WILL BE WITH ME IN PARADISE.

Luke 23:39–43 One of the criminals hanging beside him scoffed, “So you’re the Messiah, are you? Prove it by saving yourself—and us, too, while you’re at it!” But the other criminal protested, “Don’t you fear God even when you have been sentenced to die? We deserve to die for our crimes, but this man hasn’t done anything wrong.” Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your Kingdom.” And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

3. FILLED WITH LOVE AND COMPASSION, HE RAN TO HIS SON.

Luke 15:20 “So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, he ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him.

4. FEED MY SHEEP…

John 21:17 A third time he asked him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt that Jesus asked the question a third time. He said, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Then feed my sheep.

  • The enemy wants you to be so defeated by YOUR OWN failures that you never live up to the PURPOSE that God gives you by his GRACE.

5. I MUST BE A GUEST IN YOUR HOME TODAY…

Luke 19:1–10 When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name. “Zacchaeus!” he said. “Quick, come down! I must be a guest in your home today.”

Revelation 3:20 “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.
