Introduction –Today I want to talk about the responsibility that each of us has to serve and be an active part of the church here. I am doing this to encourage, guide and prepare us for the opportunity we all now have to sign up for various ministries here at the church. Our text will be Romans 12:3-8. 1. The for Service We are to present our to service. We are to use our for service. It is the thing for us to do. 2. The for Service The of God. The of God. 3. The of Service/Servant A servant makes themselves . A servant is to be a living . A servant is to be . A servant is to be by the . A servant must right about themselves. This week prayerfully study this passage, look at the needs of the church on the volunteer form, talk to a pastor or some ministry leaders in the church about how you can get involved. Consider what sacrifices you might need to make and actually can make. We all cannot do everything. Some of us are limited by kids, our health or other issues but we can all do something. If you do not know your gifts or how you can best serve, ask someone or sign up for something you might enjoy. You cannot steer a car that is not moving. So, climb in, hit the gas and ask God to lead the way.
