Introduction: This last section of Romans is not about defining the gospel but rather how we live after we have heard the gospel, believed it and placed our faith in Christ. How now do we live in Christ? So far, Paul has told us that we are to by faith, freely, fully and forever offer ourselves to God. He continues to describe this life in the last part of verse 1.

  • Sanctificaton is the process whereby we become more and more like (2 Cor 3:17-18).
  • The same God who you by His grace will also you by His grace.
  • The key to unleash that grace within us is our continued in Him.

  • We accept this and pursue this by in Him.
  • To reject the of holiness is to reject God (1 Thes 4:1-8).

1j which is your reasonable service.
