Luke 19:1-4 “(Jesus) entered Jericho and was passing through. And behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus. He was a chief tax collector and was rich.” V3 “and he was seeking to see who Jesus was, but on account of the crowd he could not, because he was small in stature.” V4 “So, he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, because Jesus was about to pass that way.” THE CHURCH NEEDS TO ELIMINATE OBSTACLES WE FOLLOW JESUS MODEL AND LEAD WITH LOVE PRAY TO KNOW THE URGENCY OF ETERNITY 2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but he is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” JESUS CAME TO SEEK AND TO SAVE Matthew 28:18-20 “All authority in heaven and earth has been given to me. GO therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” EVERY CHRISTIAN HAS GOSPEL-MULTIPLICATION POTENTIAL Romans 10:14 “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” THREE THINGS TO HOLD ON TO: Devour the Word of God like your life depends on it...Because it does! Spread this Word like other’s lives depends on it… Because they do! Trust God’s Spirit like His power is inside of you...Because it is!
