“and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” - Matthew 6:12



Forgive us our debts…





Romans 8:1: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."



Colossians 2:13-14 “13 And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14 by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.”





In Christ there is no condemnation



In Christ, Your spiritual Debt has been paid.



In Christ, you have been made Spiritually Alive



Jesus has Accomplished our Salvation





Our Faith in Jesus for the forgiveness of our spiritual debt makes us God’s child. The daily practice of asking for forgiveness makes us more like Jesus.



Sin us ultimately the desire for self-glorifaction, rooted in disobedience, and fueled by unbelief.



Confession and repentance is a process through which we become more like Jesus
