Psalms 100:1-2 – Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! We give our voice to things that matter to us. We give our effort to things that matter to us. We give our presence to things that matter to us. We worship what we believe is worthy. Psalms 100:1-3 – Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Only God is worthy of our worship Psalms 8:3-5 – When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. I Peter 2:9 – But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. Psalms 107:9 – For he satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul he fills with good things. Psalms 34:8a – Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Psalms 100:4-5 – Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. We can pursue thanksgiving that results in praise Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. “…Every year you grow, you will find me bigger.” Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (CS Lewis)
