I Am...You Are...I Will...

Isaiah 43:1-28

By Pastor Kelly Mahoney, August 27, 2023

Faith can lead to fearlessness when we know:

  1. What God has done.
  1. Who we are.
  1. What God promises to do.

** Applying God's Word to Life**

  1. What evidence will you see if someone is “totally into you?”
  2. When have you had an unhealthy attachment to someone or something that was not good for you? How did that affect your life?
  3. Who’s on the list of people we’ve sought to please throughout your life?
  4. How do their credentials stack up against God’s past, present and future promises for us?
  5. How would you have responded differently to the temptations you faced if you had been more confident of your identity as a child of God?
  6. As you consider this last few years, what have been some of the greatest decisions you’ve wrestled with and what fears have accompanied them?
  7. What tends to cause you heart to spin up with anxiety?
  8. What tends to cause you to have peace and perspective as you face your fears?
  9. What has God done to communicate his love for you? How have you responded? How are you responding right now?
  10. How will your next few choices be affected by God’s history of faithfulness and His promises for your future?
