Motivated by Do or Done?

Galatians 2:19-3:14; 2 Cor. 5:13-21; Romans 4:3-5:2

By Pastor Kelly, January 14, 2024

The burden of doing is “done in” by the:

  1. that moves us to kneel at the cross.
  1. that is gifted to all who is in Christ.
  1. of the spirit that is in and thru us.

Applying God's Word to Life

  1. What do you do with most of your time each week? What motivates you to keep on doing what you do?

  2. What are some examples of actions, efforts, and architecture that were driven by religious passion in this world?

  3. When have you felt the weight of responsibility for your sins and your soul? What did you do as a result of feeling such a burden?

  4. Which burdens have you felt lifted by Jesus? When and how?

  5. If today was your day to meet your Maker, what percent chance do you think you’d have of being welcomed into heaven? Why?

  6. To what degree are you confident that Jesus has come to dwell inside of you (1 John 3:24, 5:13; Rom. 8:9-10)?

  7. When you consider your spiritual life right now; what do you do on a regular basis and why do you currently do what you do?

  8. What is God’s spirit most likely to compel us to do? How do you know? What might that look like?

  9. What is God moving you to do or believe differently today?

Restoring Relationships helps you find freedom of heart and soul by taking you on your own personal journey through Calvary. Contact Pastor Kelly (320) 805-0245.
