That is Quite the Aroma

2 Corinthians 2:12-17

The Aroma of Death

The Aroma of Life

For Further Reflection

  1. What is a memorable smell that you have come across?
  2. How would you rate your sense of smell?
  3. How difficult would it be to say no to an open door of ministry?  How would you determine not to step into an open door?
  4. What does Christ's triumphal procession communicate to a watching world?
  5. What/Who are some examples of the aroma of Christ?  What is the aroma toward those you are near, especially those distant from Christ?  Who are some of those people?
  6. How do we avoid ‘marketing the word of God’?  What are some examples of marketing the Word?
  7. What is Christ asking you to do to be His aroma?
