By Pastor Kelly Mahoney, September 22, 2024

Gospel relationships are marked by:

  1. the love due to others.
2. that which harms others.
3. as an active member of God’s team.

Applying God’s Word to Life

  1. What does it take to win in your favorite realm of performance or your favorite sport? Describe the how to win as best you can.

  2. What actions or activities either ensure the success or failure of the key players in your favorite sport or realm of performance?

  3. How sure are you that you have the new identity offered in Christ?

  4. How has the good news you’ve heard become good news to your family, friends, neighbors, and enemies?

  5. What motivates us to withhold the good that is due to others?

  6. What motivates us to be careful and gentle toward others?

  7. What kind of damage can be done by our active and passive failures in the realm of relationships?

  8. Describe who you were before God recruited you to His team?

  9. When you consider Team Jesus, how clear are the “rules of the game” to you? What role have you been playing on His team?

  10. Has God convicted you of something He wants you to confess that you might experience the flood of forgiveness offered in Christ?

  11. What is the Lord prompting you to stop doing or start doing as a result of our time in Romans 13 today?
