Unexpected Proposals

Ruth 3:1-4:11

By Pastor Kelly Mahoney, November 24, 2024

Truly living leads to:

  1. that require faith.
  1. beyond your control.
  1. you might experience.

Applying God's Word to Life

  1. What are some of the greatest risks you’ve taken? What made it risky?
What motivated you to take those risks?

  2. What do you risk if you choose not to make a choice?

  3. Walk us through the big risks, responses, and rewards that have shaped your life?

  4. What did you learn from the risks that did not lead to rewards?

  5. What are some of the responses you’ve weighed heavily, and you’re glad you did? How did it turn out?

  6. What are some of the blessings you’ve experienced as a result of walking by faith into some unknown?

  7. What are some of the blessings and burdens you’ve experienced as a result of your responses or the responses of others?

  8. What risk might the Lord be leading you to take right now?

  9. What responses do you currently need the Lord’s help with?

  10. How will you respond to the Lord so that you may “take hold of the life that is truly life” in this season (1 Tim. 6:19)?
