How might the Lord want to use you to encourage someone who’s struggling with their faith right now? In what ways and to what degree have you seen blessings come your way though the faith steps you’ve taken or through being faithful to the Lord? Who’s someone the Lord has put on your heart to encourage in this season? Who’s on your list to bring before the Lord to ask that they might be blessed by His caring hand? What step of faith might the Lord be asking you to take right now? Announcements The Hope Community Church Carol Choir will lead carols at the Living Nativity in Glenwood: on Thursday, December 19, at 6 p.m. There are no auditions or rehearsals! Come and make a joyful noise while reminding our community of the real reason for the season. After caroling, we will head up the block to Cochrans for cookies and cocoa. New Bible Study on Wednesdays at Central Square: in Glenwood, room 109 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Not too late to join! The study will use the book “Ephesians: Our Immeasurable Blessings in Christ” by John MacArthur. Christmas Eve Candlelight Service: Tuesday, December 24 at 4:30 p.m. at Central Square Auditorium and on livestream. There will not be a nursery, but the community room will be open for parents and nursery age children. Refreshments and fellowship before and after the service. Preschool Open Gym: Friday, December 20 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. This is a free event for young children and their caretakers. Invite friends and enjoy free time at Central Square gym in Glenwood. Youth Group: for grades 5-12. Wednesdays from 6:40-8:05 p.m. at Central Square Gym. Sermon Based Small Group: Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. at the Starbuck site. Attend when you are able.
