Neighborly Care that's Never Forgotten

Luke 10:1-24, 25-37

By Pastor Kelly Mahoney, March 28, 2025

Christians are sent to represent Jesus thru our:

1)Ministry and .

2) touch upon others.
3) service for the good of others.

Applying God's Word to Life

  1. Give an example of a good and bad experience you had through a representative of a company or organization? How did it impact you and your view of who they represented?

  2. Put yourself in the disciples sandals. What would it have been like to go out to represent Jesus to all the individuals and towns where he was about to go?

  3. How does it feel to have Lord work thru you in powerful ways?

  4. How clearly did you know God’s heart for us to love God and people when you were growing up? How about now?

  5. What are some tangible ways love is expressed in a family?

  6. In what ways has God used you to reach out and touch others?

  7. What motivates and inspires compassion toward others?

  8. Who are you most likely to pass by? Who might you be moved to compassion to help? What makes the difference?

  9. Which areas are you more willing, or less willing, to offer in sacrifice to serve others?

  10. Who is God prompting you to treat more like family right now?

  11. What steps toward people in need might Jesus be leading you into today?
