  1. What is one of your favorite adventure stories? Why?

  2. When have you sensed you were in danger? What did you do next?

  3. What are some of the ways that outward challenges, threats, temptations, and stresses come our way?

  4. What kind of damage could be done to us from the threats of our enemies?

  5. What have been some of the “Y’s” and “T’s” in the road of your life so far? What are the results of those major decisions?

  6. Describe some of the paths you’ve tried that didn’t work as you sought to navigate safely home through this “maze” of life?

  7. What are some of the internal battles that come our way? What impact can these inner struggles have on our everyday experience?

  8. What temptations and thoughts pose the greatest threat to side-track your adventure?

  9. What does it look like to put our trust in God and to genuinely have our hope in Him?
