Take Courage Take Rest Reflection Questions: What is a great story of courage that encourages you? How would you describe a person of courage? What is it about a person of courage that is something we can all pursue in our life? Do you think it took courage for the prophet to approach the king? Why do you think the words of Azariah caused king Asa to take courage? How does God's Word and courage in a person work together? Compare and contrast the cycle of courage. God's Word brings courage/that courage results in reforms and worship/the people sought God and were given rest. What does the opposite cycle look like? What is the rest that God gives? How are you taking courage from God and His Word? Would you describe your walk with God as one of rest? Why or why not? Going forward, what does courage look like for you? What would courage look like in your church? Do you think the church is experiencing rest from God or is the church in a different season now?
