The Relationship of a Lifetime

John 15:1-16

By Pastor Kelly Mahoney, March 22, 2026

The intimacy God desires calls us to be:

  1. His Son.
  1. to His Word.
  1. upon His power.
  1. in response to His commands.

Applying God's Word to Life

  1. Whose letters have meant the most to you? When? Why?
  2. What’s one of your favorite plants to look at? What makes it so amazing? What makes it possible for it to put such glory on display in this world?
  3. What’s different about plants and people when it comes to what it takes to reach full potential in this life? What’s the same?
  4. Whose words matter the most to you? Why? What does it look, sound, and feel like to “hang on their every word”?
  5. What does it mean to “make your home” or “be at home” somewhere?
  6. Give examples of power sources that are amazing, but also invisible.
  7. What’s possible for those who are vitally connected to God while truly believing all that He promises, offers, and claims?
  8. How would you describe the relationship God wants with you? In what ways are you experiencing what He desires for you?
  9. What holds you back from fully embracing all that Jesus desires for you?
10.What will you do today to say “yes” to all that He offers you?
