At what point in your life have you most wanted ‘to go to Jesus’? How do you describe to others this promise that we have the Spirit of God as a downpayment? Why is this promise so significant? We walk by faith, not by sight. What are some of the characteristics of the walk of faith? How true is the sentiment of the apostle Paul in your life, that he ‘prefers’ life apart from the body and present with the Lord? How would our lives change if this was true in each of us? What is required to be pleasing to Him? How should the future judgment seat of Christ motivate our lives in the here and now?
